The community is very nice and well kept.
The staff at both leasing offices are super professional and friendly.
They are always so hands-on.
LOVE IT HERE!!!!
Love living here. Great apartment and office staff.
After a long day of work I get home to find my ceiling in my bedroom has a leak . Water all over ! bed soaked ! I go down to lobby for help and they say they will send someone to look at it. I waited finally someone came -looked at it and no help. I have a wet bedroom . Wet ceiling and the help I get is we leave at 6 ..
No fans to help dry my room and rug . Oh I did get maybe tomorrow someone can come and do something. Really
As expensive as the rent is, I would expect much more courteous customer service. If it does not make the complex money, there is no interest in providing what is best/ safest for the tenants. They continue to find new ways to charge excessively for everything. However, every time I have asked for something- from a copy of my lease, to parking a car for a few days, to asking for a notice a boy fire safety/ education ( after monthly fire alarms/ actual fires) - I was met with arrogance and requests were not accommodated. I do not feel valued. Definitely would expect more accommodating staff/ living environment for >$2400 a month. Yes, there are very nice amenities, but....
Staff and management are rude and unhelpful. The most helpful person worked as the concierge and sadly she left. Apartments are beautiful, but the people that work here make it an unpleasant home experience. It is great when you don't have to deal with them often. They offer beautiful rooms but it has to be rented out-so you paying additional to rent a room for parties etc.
