Absolutely no complaints. I enjoy the neighborhood and common areas are family friendly. The leasing office staff are helpful and easy to talk to. The movie theater is a great place to relax after a long week of work.
Grounds are well kept (landscaping), quiet area, community well maintained (cleanliness), maintenance responds in a timely manner
I've lived at this community for 3 years, going on 4. It's an extremely convenient place to live if you work in the Baltimore Washington metro area. The front staff have always been nothing but professional when dealing with them. The price of the units compared to their size is a big turn-off to most people, including myself. The community is very well taken care of; the maintence team takes their job seriously and will address your issues in a timely manner, and the landscaping team keeps the property looking good year round. The apartments themselves are nice with high ceilings, granite-like countertops (I can't be sure if they are granite, but they are nice regardless), gas stove and oven, large bathroom, and walk in closet. Overall I would recommend this property with the warning to potential tenants that good service costs a lot of money.
Maintenance requests are timely and everyone on staff is professional and polite.
Every year on these surveys I state that I'm happy with the cleanliness of the complex, quality of amenities, friendly approachability of staff andcompassion.
