      Horrific service. Ive never been so disrepected as a student in mylife at this place. We had an insane rat and cockroach infestation (we had to throw away our food) and we were continuously denied any help, and instead were gaslit. We were forced to pay an extra month of rent when covid shut down everything, and were threatened with fines if we didn't move out by a certain date (mind you MD was under strict lockdown at this point to the point that you could be charged if caught). I lived here for 3 years and was continuously mistreated by the front staff. I would never ever recommend

      The gas is free but the insulation in my apartment was terrible, so I had to run space heaters anyway. I had a terrible mice problem for years (I lived in a duplex apartment and we still had mice even though I had a cat and my neighbors had two cats) and there was nothing that could be done about it. The water comes out of the sink yellow. If you're a UMBC student, just save your money and live on campus.
