Highland Village Townhomes

I broke my lease. Rat and Mice INFESTATION. Dont believe me? Just drive up into one of the courts at nighttime they run freely through the neighborhood. I woke up to one crawling on my bed, dead mice in drawers $100s of dollars in clothes chewed and destroyed. Then they charge you if you finally break and have to buy a cat. Which btw didnt help me one bit. Mice run 100% freely through the home. Pest control does NOTHING to prevent or treat. Garbage is thrown in piles in front of ppls homes. Meaning there are no dumpsters or trash cans. Its REPULSIVE. And I know others complained about roaches. Heat and AC both break 2-4 times a MONTH. NOTHING about this neighborhood is worth the $1000. DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF YOULL REGRET IT INSTANTLY.

I have been here for 6 years and cant wait to get out. we went with out hot water, hear and a stover for over a week and when the office was taking there good old time fixing it. I had to call baltimore county on them to file a claim. when I try to talk to supervisor she said she is not taking calls. The Rats is a new problem that has came up. The town homes are infested with mice! They have everyone just throw there trash on the grass for trash pick up. No matter how much I clean the house still looks dirty. How do these houses even pass inspection?

I am an existing occupant at Highland Village, and I cannot express adequately my extreme dissatisfaction to those who read this evaluation of Highland Village apartments, moving here will be one of the most unpleasant decisions you can make in your entire existence, every facet of apartment living is at the lowest possible degree of competency. Parking is horrible, Sound insulation from neighbors is minimal, you can and will hear your neighbors most intimate discussions. Rodents and bugs are presented to you no matter how clean and tidy you keep your apartment or how frequently the pest control visits. But to only make your problems worst the management staff is incompetent and uncaring and show no regards to your dismal living conditions. In closing I hope and plead that Westminster Management takes command of this property as they have done so with several of their more expensive properties. Additionally and I cannot emphasize this enough, this property and management staff is a disgrace to the company and Baltimore County as a whole and it is a shame that business such as this are permitted to continue these sub-par practices with impunity. I hope that this review is helpful to those that see it and take heed and stay away from this deplorable housing tenement, it will be the best decision that you could ever make.

Very bad service call any maintenance come 2 days after

There's alot I can say about living here. Where i live at is very quiet and for the most part. But the walls are paper thin to the point where I can hear my neighbors conversation even when there speaking at a normal level. Because of this issue it now leaves to have to hear and deal with my neighbors sexual encounters EVERY NIGHT. I've been living here for almost 3 years and i still deal with mice. You think the hole i asked to be fixed was ? Nahh , The maintence men are a joke, nothing ever gets fixed, i guess they believe banging and duct tape is suppose to fix everything. I was horrified a few months ago when i found out that me air filter had not been changed since before i moved in, which was causing me to have asthma attacks constantly and i couldn't figure out why. To wrap things up, as a first time resident this would be a good start up,or just something to get on your feet. But to settle here, Nahh. Oh and please don't miss a payment on your rent because you will be constantly reminded with these bright notices that the whole world can see and read to inform you that you are late so no more privacy lol
