Worst experience with a manager, yet havent been able to ever speak to her in person. She refused my roommate to bring their ESA because they counted him as a pet (2pet limit) when legally he is a service animal - she just kept saying its their policy. Then, she refused to refund my $50 pet rent (for June) when my dog had passed the previous month (May) saying they arent able to.

No amenities as advertised. Constantly adjusting the rent/utility rates Utilities are determined by their corporate office and not the actual ratings of local company. Very fake friendly and just want to buckle and dime any charge they can. But hey! Sometimes they give away free doughnuts at the leasing office so In the corporate world that makes up for all the lying and greed, right? They will evict your elderly neighbor in the winter so they can remodel and charge a higher rent.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Cheyenne. She was professional She was willing to and knowledgeable in the apartments layouts, locations, and income requirements and pricing. She made me feel comfortable and was very patient and answered all my inquiries.

I really liked the Ridge I lived there for 15 years till 5 months ago they raised the rent to 850 the apartment building I lived in called the other was thinking about moving back but they told me it now would be 1300 I only get 1415 social security how is one to make I'm a 75 year old senior I did feel safe there

I would not recommend living here the new owners and office people have attitudes when you call with problems in your apartment also give you the run around when asking any questions multiple different answers from the same person regarding the same issue there was also issues that they ignored and I ended up calling the county which the county advised them to fix it was months later when I moved out and it was still no attempt to fix severe cracks in the walls so hopefully they just don't throw some pain over it until it occurs again when moving out they take the interest that you have accumulated on your security deposit also, even with the upgrades that they are doing, this place is not worth what they are charging
