Stainless steel appliances, energy efficient, walk-in closets, washer/dryer hookups, balcony, convenient to I-81, dining room, plank vinyl in kitchen and bath, wall to wall carpet.
Horrible, horrible customer service. We first moved in and went 4 days without water despite alerting 3 different employees - one who claimed to be the building supervisor. Office staff consistently having "family emergencies" where they would stand around smoking and unable to talk to anyone. Unit we were told we would have (2 bed, 2 bath, large closets) was suddenly unavailable when it came time to move in. New appliances... yes, but we were the first to live in our unit and had the refrigerator door fall off, the front of our stove fell off, and despite putting in work orders - nobody ever came to fix it. Had to get it fixed by outside services. Almost impossible to get ahold of ANYONE. Leasing office consistently closing before 5 pm, opened at 9, we worked 8-5 so were never able to talk to anyone about any issues. The price looks great, yes, but we lasted 6 months before enough was enough. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT move here. PLEASE do not move here. I'd go so far as to say don't rent with Shaool management at all, anywhere. Money hungry, careless, nasty people.
You get what you pay for - although they advertised brand new everything, upon signing lease I was told like new. Appliances have scratches and dints. Extra holes in wall ( guess they trying figure out where to put cabinets). Was told had to wait for apartment to be cleaned to move in, moved in and had to clean all debris left from contractor. Carpet was vacuumed, tho. Countertops have visible scratches ( kitchen and bathrooms). Toilet paper holder screws go straight thru cabinet, stick out at least an inch and very pointy. Flooring, some kind of material that gives wood-like appearance (noticeably gashes kitchen and main bathroom). When mentioned upon move in was told by office take pictures, for them to file and referenced at move out date. Maintenance said get wood repair pen to hide visible marks. No grounds keeper, building hallway isnt maintained weekly , always dog poop in the grass ( maybe different if you dont live in a pet building), seems to be one maintenance person for 100+ units. Reported leaking sink in kitchen 3 months ago, along with handle for oven falling off, still not fixed. No pest control protocol in place and Hvac system not maintained. Not to mention when we moved in no hot water for two days, repaired by outside service listed for after hours emergency maintenance only. You have to buy your own vertical blinds upon moving in. Maybe just my luck
Not the best service, have moved in and still haven't gotten maintenance to fix the issues. Apartment is beautiful but so far the service is under par.
