People smoking marijuna in the 7915 building is awful and management has not addressed the issue. No one should have to rush their kids through the hallways because of the smell of marijuana. It's Pitiful!!!

The apartment bedrooms we're too small. So was the bathroom. Paying to park.. Ridiculous!!!! The kitchen was not built for with the family in mind. The apartments would be more suitable for College Students.

I lived there for 2 years. They never did anything about the stench of marijuana in the hallways. It`s nos been 48 days and I still haven`t gotten my security deposit back. Don`t believe anything Will says

Please consider lowering the rents. I know the rate is comparable, but many folks are struggling to just get by these days--yes, even in 2015, even with the recent positive economic news. But the reality is that today's middle class and lower-middle-class residents here and everywhere are indeed struggling to pay their bills, struggling to get decent wages, and struggling to pay their rents. Many folks would be much, much happier at Glen Oaks and Greenbriar if the rents were indeed much lower. It would just make life so much easier for everyone.

When there are major events that cause outages there needs to be a better way of communicating to the residents the status of what is taking place and not only after the problem is fixed does an explanation of what the cause and fix was. With the recent partial power outage that affected the residents being without heat on an extremely cold winter night the residents were not even provided with a heating station to go to in the area so literally the residents had to be home in below freezing temps inside their home with no idea of what was taking place to correct the problem or when the problem would be resolved.
