I recently moved on property and my family and I are loving it! We had a great experience since we came to see the apartment. The location is the best!!!
Great townhouse!!! We're hoping to move in sometime soon!
I have been a resident at Franklin Park since September 2017 and I have had a very rocky start with this company. The tub broken in half during my first month here, the enormous amount of roaches are truly impossible to control. The stove have broke down several times, while Im cooking dinner with an F13 code. The maintenance department responds within 24-48 hours but to no avail the constant issues are not worth the stress of being without heat for 24 hours with an elderly mother to care for during the winter was no walk in the park. Then coming home to see trash and peoples belongings after an eviction outside your balcony is not encouraging to write a check for $1900. Things needs to change QUICKLY!!! Thank God Im trying to move out soon.
This apartment has nice spacious rooms, great hardwood floors in the dining and living rooms and carpets in the bedrooms. It seems as though it is a mix of families and singles throughout the complex. There are a few schools nearby, the mall is close enough to walk to and they have great deals from time to time to help moving in a little easier. Of course each apartment is different because everyone will have different neighbors, but the noise is usually during reasonable hours. The staff was friendly and was flexible upon request. I had a few changes at the beginning of my lease, but things worked out fine. There are many places to go eat, a movie theater nearby, along with clothing stores, laundry mat, etc. Plus there is a fitness center on the grounds, so you can get your work out on and be close to home.
DO NOT MOVE HERE I Repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE. This has been the worst experience of my life. I moved her about 2 years ago. Only reason I moved here was because it is wheelchair accessible. We have had so many problems with this place its ridiculous. From mice problems, heating and air problems, floors coming up etc. Now what is taking the cake is Im not sure what is going on because they have poor communication skills with their tenants, but a bad smell of mildew is coming into my apartment from the bottom apartments. 6 months ago they had to move the whole bottom apartments out due to plumbing issues. They blocked it off and that was that. 6 months later the smell is back and its worst. My apartment is freezing because I dont want to turn the heat on because the smell. I called they keep sending maintenance but what is that doing. They came when we were not home and left a note saying it was normal smell thats bull. They keep saying they are working on it but no one has been down there in 6 or more months. Like come on. I have a newborn and toddler and this is unacceptable. There is no telling if this is a health hazard or not. I only have them the one star because you have to give something but if it was up to me I would give them a negative 5 star.
