I feel like the apartments are not worth what they charge for rent. I can't stand how I can hear my neighbor under me snoring every night, yet he knocks on my door every day because he can hear my child walking during the day. Other tenants let their friends/family take my parking spot. Which is very frustrating to have to come back out and move your car. The walls weren't painted that great. Other than that, the community is nice. I feel safe at night and my unit is very spacious.
I have lived here for 8 years, the management staff is always friendly and helpful. If you have an emergency situation maintenance
arrives very quick. Non emergency maintenance they arrive within hours. It is a very quite neighborhood and you feel safe even walking at night.
It's a nice place to live. Decent, good location, clean environment and friendly management. Only things is the high cost of apartments compare to other communities but you will get all you paid for.
Very nice community but hope that you are not a non-smoker and have weed and cigarette smokers living next to you. Units are poorly built in that regard.
We lived there 2 years ago and every month us, as well as multiple tenants, would pay our bill but they claimed they never received it and would send us all to court, like a community meeting at the court house, to show our receipts to prove our rent was paid and got dismissed. Now 2 years later and after moving out I'm receiving calls saying village square turned us over to collection agency's and we owe thousands of dollars. We have to resend every receipt to prove it was paid. The hassle and time missed from work every month to go to the courthouse to prove we paid was very frustrating and this on top of it. The management needs to learn how to run a business and a better filing system apparently. Please save yourself and do not get involved with this company. I didn't listen to other reviews since most people are quick to write bad reviews and hardly any good but now I see why. EVERYTHING I READ WAS TRUE! This place is a nightmare.
