yes I had an appointment with on of your reps I thought me and the rep would when into an apartment to look aroud. she had me to look around the office like it was the apartment. I don't know if there was an available unit open. I didn't like that at all if I'm a Potential resident
Roach and rodent infested. Also mold maintenance always say its from moisture from shower but has never tested for mold even after requested.
When I moved I requested a apartment with a washer and dryer. Was told after I signed that none was available. I year later no wash and dyer.
When dropping off the rent I would like to have a lock box due to the fact they lost my rent. Also the staff just seem to be very rude.
Parking was already bad enough but now they've recently taken away even more parking spots to make them reserved spots. There was no warning or news letter coming up about them and no reason given why a special few get reserved parking when the rest of us don't. The other problem is the constant bed bug inspections and treatments. How is it that the pest control specialist can't get it right. We were just treated in April and now are being inspected for bed bugs this Friday when we've not seen any or made any complaints about bed bugs and after last month's treatment the specialist said we were good and he saw no more activity. I feel as though I am being harrassed so that I will move elsewhere. I would suggest that some research be done and find a better pest control company.
