Took A Money Order For Credit check Never Made Me Fill It Out Or Sign It Said it Does not have to be But How Are You Going Cash It Without Me signing it
I wish I can give it -000000 this is horrible, the management is so unprofessional, they will make you an appointment and then tell you to come back in 1 hour , today I had an appointment with them at 1 pm is 5 pm I am seating and they still didnt receive me , I had to call off the entire day , and the lady, just told me they have to close they will receive me tomorrow, you have to be chasing them to get anything you should get , they change management every week , I been living here for 4 months and I had 3 different management and 4 different worker already , this is the worst place to live at you have to pray to never have a maintenance issue or you will have to Deal with it or wait for another 1 month , I cannot wait to finish my lease and move from this place you cant even watch tv always noise complain , all the problem you can ever imagine, this is my first time writing a review for anything, is just on top , I had to stop someone from having to deal with this stay away from this place is scandalous
Lived here for 2 years. Do yourself a favor and keep looking! Elevator was broken frequently-terrible for the walker dependent elderly and wheelchair dependent disabled that live there. The building has some serious structural integrity issues, as confessed to us by a former leasing manager. The building is built over their parking garage. The side of our building would shake every time someone would open the gate to enter. Often times there would be an issue with their trash removal as the trash shutes would clog. Then bags of trash would pile up in the trash rooms which have attracted mice. The ventilation between apartments is connected and you can smell it in your apartment every time your neighbor smokes indoors. Each winter their was a major pipe that broke, which flooded tenants apt. Save your time & money!!! Look elsewhere!
Community Ammenities includes courtyard with design enhancement in the works to renovate and add lounge furniture, fire pit and outdoor grill kitchen. We also have a fitness center and remodeling a space for a shared Clubhouse where our Residents can enjoy the outdoor courtyard space to entertain guests and have social gatherings. Our community upgrades continue to the apartment homes where we have installed all new stainless steel appliances, new cabintry, vinyl wood flooring throughout with carpet in the bedrooms, new light fixtures and bathroom fixtures. There is plenty of parking at Glen Burnie Town with a covered garage area that is controlled gate access and our buildings are secured access as well. Pets are allowed - refere to our policies for further information and limitations.
