Only been here a month and already had multiple issues. Someone vomitted in front/on my patio and no one has been out to clean it yet. Dishwasher is not working and two other minor issues with the door have occurred and still waiting for a resolution. Not a good start to our new apartment. Will follow up but as of right now I do not recommend living here.

Abhorrent experience. A bat and mouse entered my apartment, and for the price, I shouldn't have had to wait a full week two times around to get pest control to spray my apartment for the roaches I had when I moved in. (They are only contracted to come out on Tuesdays.) Regional Manager and VP do not respond to complaints, in addition to receiving little to no communication from the representatives/property manager on site. They will not inform you ahead of time for any entries, and if there is anything emergent, you will get a handwritten hanging tag informing you of the emergency on either your doorknob or in your kitchen- no phone call or email. My apartment is not level, and they had a private contractor come out to determine that it was due to natural settling, which means that there may be units below mine that are not level as well. I filed a complaint to the BBB and the company stated that they would move me to another apartment, however, they neglected to actually offer to move me to another apartment. Along with everything else, the advertised quality of the apartments do not match the quality you will receive in your unit. No area of my apartment was cleaned prior to my move in, to top everything else off. This was a horrible experience, and through I had to make the decision to move hastily as I was unsafe at my previous location, I honestly wish that I would have moved elsewhere.

- Ridiculous move in charges. Had agreement with leasing office that my lease would start Aug 1 but I wouldn't move in till Aug 7. Leasing Office requested my apt not be ready until that date as there were a lot of move ins and they needed additional time to clean the apt. Since it fit my schedule I agreed. Then I was charged a vacancy fee and electrical fees for the time I wasn't there. I asked for a meeting with a manager repeatedly for weeks regarding this issue and NEVER got a response.
