I moved in here on 11/116/18. On the 21st I turned on the stove for the first time to prepare my Thanksgiving dinner. My stove started smoking, I didn't know if it was on fire or what, so I called the department. They took the stove out of the unit. Management put me I need a hotel for 3 nights and said I would have a stove by Tuesday 11/26 it's now 12/3 and I still don't have a stove. I was told I left something in the stove, which I know I didn't. On Friday they offered me stove our of another apartment, I had to go out so I told Josephine I would call her when I get back, she said okay no worries, but when I return home no one answered the phone. Behind the stove was so filthy and nasty. I called them to tell them I now see roaches. They said someone clean, my place, I had to clean all my appliances,This place is not worth the money. You can't walk on the grass, it's dog .poop all over the place. I have to stay here until lease is up. You don't want to move here, it was dead bugs in my light fixtures. I wish I had read some of the reviews that I seen since being here.
I lived there for 2 years. They come in un announced and the living conditions are horrible. My neighbors were all illegal and would use their kids papers. Drug dealers and addicts. Roaches and mice. I tried to break my lease. Every day for 2 weeks I went by the office to terminate my lease. They wouldn't even be there or close early. Moving van came to pack me up they called the police on me for stealing my own stuff. Charged me two months in rent after I left. I have time stamped paperwork that gives them my 30 day notice and I paid for a month I didn't live there just to make sure. I have plenty of witnesses and they have a whole lot of illegal stuff going on there.. I left and didn't turn my BGE off for 5 days and they ran up my bill for 700 dollars!!! For 5 days! Do Not Live Here!!!!
