Parking is terrible, they never tow!!!! You can never find parking, better off investing in an apartment that actually enforces towing and not one that says it does but doesnt. Cars without stickers or passes park anywhere for days or whenever. Complaining does nothing even though you pay rent to live there. Dogs barking at all hours of the night.

Place is disgusting. People who live here are terrible. Management is extremely rude. Cannot wait to get out of here

Dont move here. It was great when we first moved here and there were barely any residents. Fast forward 4 months and it seems like they let anyone move in. By anyone, I mean residents who dont know how to clean up after themselves, management doesnt care when you voice complaints, they charge for amenities yet arent available for use and this is prior to COVID..now they use it as an excuse. The trash bin is so far from certain buildings and it gets overpacked and trash is often overflowing, spills in the elevators dont get cleaned up, footprints on the walls of the hallways like someone just kicks it, hallways stink!!!!! Not just food type stink, but dirty, musty, funky BO. Trash found in stairwells oh and you pay for a secured entry building where the door never locks shut. Parking is scarce and so many cars dont even have parking stickers which is required. In about 1 more year, this complex is not going to be considered luxury living because its basically that now. Management smiles in your face before you sign a lease, once you sign...you get ignored or you have to reach out numerous times to get anything answered. Answered, not resolved. Ron, one leasing agent is chipper one day then looks like the world is on his shoulders the next. Elena, another has a power trip going on. I cannot WAIT until my lease is up. If you want luxury, definitely need to go past Germantown. I thought it would be different considering that it was a new complex but was I wrong.

The leasing process was super easy and the staff made moving in a breeze. The last person was right about the one elevator but I think that's because we were all trying to move around the same time and some people probably didn't talk to the office and let them know their move time. The building seems to be pretty full now and things have significantly calmed down. The staff through a pizza party for our building, since we were first and they just gave out pies for the holidays to everyone. All in all, I'm happy and the people that I've met in my building are friendly. I think I'll stick around!

not a great place to live! i live on the 5th floor of a building that has 50 total units in it and the building only has ONE elevator!! that means when people are moving in or the elevator is down, i'm screwed! i have three kids all under 8 and i'm pregnant, long story short, steps is out the question! terrible design. the staff is always saying things will be available or fixed by certain dates and their not. you can expect to pay $250 upon move in for an "amenity fee" when there AREN'T any amenities!! when i brought this up the excuse was that the fee covers my 12 month lease, so when they ARE available i'll be paid up!?!?! ummm okay but shouldn't new tenants have a discounted fee since you all are still building? if we only get half the use why are we paying the full amount?? tenants that move in after the amenities are complete will pay the same price? makes no sense!! money drain is what it is. or, they could have even waived the fee as a 'perk' to people that moved in, early bird style while construction is still going on. a lot of flaws with the place and the policies for these places to cost as much as they do.
