If you call for maintenance just plan on getting it done in 4 to 5 months or do it yourself. The office staff is rude and condescending except for Cindy and Patty, Chris also addressed matters promptly if you go into the office and "Express frustration ". They change workers quite frequently so you can't keep up with whom you complained to. They say to email them with issues and they either never reply or take weeks or repeated emails. Don't even get me started with the rodents, in the month of March I got a letter to move everything from the closets for a routine extermination process or be charged $200.00 i was out of town and didn't even know if the process was done or not. After going to the office the resident coordinator ruffled through some papers and then said yes your apartment was treated with no eye contact and a cold as ice aura. Well that same week I saw a mouse was running through my living room. Tonight I caught 2. I am so fed up with here,, it's the schools that have me here still, they even have criminals residing here.

Maintenance is unreliable at best, except for emergencies. Or at least what the complex considers emergencies. If you want general maintenance done you might as well do it yourself. It took 4 months for a few minor requests to be fixed, and that was only after I went to the office and threw a fit. Generally, it's ok, except for the occasional really obnoxious neighbors loud music, or children "playing" in the stairwells, parking lots, and worse courtyards after 11pm. It's conveniently located near 270, 200 and 495 which is the only positive.

I understand why I have so much apartment for the price compared to friends in the area. Maintenance sucks. There are things in my apartment that have been broken since I moved in 5 months ago. I have been told many times they will be fixed. There is also a serious bug problem. Water is constantly turned off with little or no warning. Many buildings were without heat for days this winter during one of the really cold snaps. The gym that is advertised as being open 24/7 is actually only open when the leasing office is. Leasing office staff do not answer the phone and arent there half the time.
