The mice are permanent residents. There is a roach infestation. The maintenance people are by no means 24/7, and even if they were, their "repairs" are little more than temporary fixes. 4 out of the 6 washing machines in my section are inoperable.
The people in the leasing office are really nice though, so i guess that's something. Maintenance - rude and incompetent. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
