I feel safe living alone at Wellinton Trace and the location is great!!
Clean, quiet, nice spacious apartments. Wish they had access to clubhouse for entertaining. Wish I wouldn't have pick the apartment I am in. Otherwise it's fine. Office staff is great
A nice quite place to live, safe.
Apartment location is excellent Apartment layout and space is expectional Insuite apartment units are clean, bright and fresh Apartment outside building grounds are generally well maintained. Office hour are convenient
Rent increases often even though there is no raise in your personal income. The buildings are maintained very nicely, inside and out. Maintenance staff respond promptly and efficiently. Management staff does their best to help with any problems or questions. The residents are quiet and clean. For the amount of monthly rent given, snow removal and paper in community printer shouldn't be such a great problem. I have had to shovel out a space only to have to shovel again because there are no assigned spaces and people will take what is available even if they just saw you complete such a task. I bring my own paper to use because there is literally only 2 pieces if paper in the printer at the communities business center. Overall, it is not a bad page to stay.
