They are great, it is a great quite atmosphere. Great for kids and a very safe place. Everyone at the rental office are helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place, it's home!
Beautiful apartments and fabulous location! Neighbors are all really nice. Moved to Prospect from another Frederick apartment community and our only regret is that we didn't move here a year earlier. This place is so much nicer!

This community is a great place to live. Have been here a short time, and absolutely love it here. It is quiet, clean and I particularly enjoy the Valet trash service. The staff is very helpful, courteous and friendly and I've had one service request, which was resolved immediately. Thanks!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
Coming from I-270 & 70 or Rt 15 S take exit for US-340 W, use the middle lane to turn left onto US-340 W. Then use the right lane to take the MD-180 ramp to MD-351. Turn Left onto MD-180 W/ Jefferson Pike and take a slight right onto Butterfly Lane and a final right onto Acropolis Way.
