The rental office staff and maintenance workers are superb , very professional Joanne , Theresa I do remembered. . I do miss living there , the grounds are well kept , the are quick in getting things fixed . I do missed my spacious bedroom , pantry and walk in closet . I do referred a few friends and family members there and they felt the same about the employees and the security .
Excellent office staff, community has pool, parks for tots, excercise n rec room to rent
I your departments are too expensive for us I need handicap accessible only apartment in apartment washer dryer and animals friendly only.
My actual rating is 0 out of 5. I cannot wait to leave this dump. You can call maintenance all you want things will not get fixed. Not safe even with the cameras recently installed and loud noises all the time and the smell of weed can be quite strong. If you want thugs, bugs and drugs come join and watch your rent go up and quality go down.
This appartment complex was great to live in 5 years ago, but recently it has turned into the ghetto. Nothing but drugs, wanna be gangs, and teenagers up to no good. Cars arw nit constantly broken into and the apartments are always being vandalised. Teenagers are always outside playing loud music and doing drugs at 3-4 in the morning. The land lord of this place is a slum lord. He started bringing in section 8 a couple years ago because he gets a guaranteed paycheck. Unless you like paying over a $1000 to live in the ghetto, i would avoid this place like the plague
