I'm LITERALLY in love with this place. You know how that woman married the Eiffel Tower? That's how I feel about East of Market. The staff is PHENOMENAL. The facilities are ON POINT. My dog is the canine version of Grumpy Cat and even he loves his new apartment.
EOM keeps the grounds and apartment buildings looking fresh all the time! They are constantly updating and making the buildings look like new! The one problem I had they had fixed right away. I feel extremely safe in our well lit parking lot, and neighbors who take the time to look out for one another.
East of Market defines approachable luxury apartment living - everything from the clubhouse, dog park, friendly staff, clean buildings, to the detail in the apartment itself, which boasts 9ft ceilings, granite countertops & stainless steel appliances. Whether you choose the one bedroom - or in our case the two bedroom unit - you will not be disappointed. If you want hassle free & low maintenance lifestyle then this is the place for you!
The staff here is absolutely wonderful. They take care of any issues you may have right away and are also always friendly. I have lived here for a year and I have zero complaints.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
