I have been at Remington Pl for a year and all I can say is... I absolutely love this development! I love how its managed. I love that there are no nuisance tolerated, whether people or pest. No rodents, roaches or rowdy tenants. Although dated, I love that the building is well-maintained for the most part and maintenance has never been an issue. I love that the walls are solid. Its not until I step out of my apartment do I hear any of my neighbors. Id never thought I would be so comfortable in an apartment. Theres nothing like having peace of mind where you lay your head. I am so happy here!

Very helpful management. Very few problems with residents and noise as it was not tolerated. Only negatives were no washer/dryer in unit and parking. I had to get a rental car and forgot my decal so I put a note in my car window and it still was towed! I had to take off from work and go to court to fight that tow. also, need a few handicap visitor parking spots for senior visitors.

Ive been here for 7 years and overall its been very pleasant I have a 1 bedroom & den Im looking to move into a 2 bedroom 2 bath in my same 2600 building! Never had a rodent problem overall its quiet pple do no hangout outside everyone keeps to themselves other than problems with the elevators its great and very affordable

Although I didn't lease and only because the unit type I need wasn't available, Keisha was great to work with and very welcoming. The staff are caring, the grounds and buildings are clean and well kept.
