      I have been living there since 2018. At first it was good, the management was good. Then they changed management it went downhill. Maintenance was horrible, taking more than a week to fix small things. No accountability at all, after numerous complaints. Now, new management, same complaints on maintenance and continued weed smoking, loud music for a resident over 10 months, they are still there, no consequences. I am looking into my legal rights on how to break my lease. RIDICULOUS!!! DON'T MOVE HERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! NO STARS!!!!

      the apt complex is infested with roaches. i only been here 30 days and been killing roaches since day one. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

      The AC units go out regularly. The rental office is laxed at responding and repairing accordingly. The corporate office is no better. Units are poorly maintained.

      I've had 4 packages stolen, there is young residents who vandalize the halls daily and the complex does nothing. Maintenance team is helpful but they have old appliances that on beyond repair and need to be replaced. I also paid 70 last month for water as a single person. Do yourself a favor and don't rent here
