A nice, quiet place to live offering a front and center seat to nature, teeming with geese, baby geese, ducks, many types of birds, frogs, squirrels and deer. The apartments are clean and very spacious. A nice little gem of a community nestled in the center of a bustling, consumer-oriented area. The leasing agent (Suzanne Yingling) and the maintenance staff are both excellent! I highly recommend residing in this community.
I've been here for 10 years. I'm a senior citizen. I feel very secure. It's nice to know that when something goes wrong in the apartment, I don't have to worry-it's always taken care of. Harford Village North is convenient to shopping. I feel that the room sizes are the largest in the area. Everyone here is very friendly.
The Property Manager and the Maintenance Staff are very friendly and efficient. The Maintenance Staff have done jobs in my apartment and I've been pleased with their timeliness and efficiency. My pet has never been spooked when I get home. The few times I have called about any maintenance work, the job is done within 24 hours of my calling.
The people in the apartment complex are very friendly. When I am getting in or out of my car or apartment and I see anyone and say hi, they always respond and are very friendly.
The location of the apartment cannot be beat. It is close to downtown Bel Air, and Forest Hill. It is close to the grocery stores (more than one) and close to retailers, such as Kohl's.
There have been a few times since I moved in that it has snowed and the sidewalks and parking lot are clear by the time I have to leave for work. They put notices up that even though they have salted the sidewalk, to be cautious because it could still be slippery.
The building and the grounds are kept up and the balcony in all the apartments is a very nice size, as is the storage unit. I'm not a pool person but the pool looks very nice. I see my neighbors going to the pool to relax.
I'm glad I moved to Harford Village North.
I have lived at Harford Village North since 2012. I came here to be close to my daughter after my husband passed. I can't tell you how nice the people in my building are. We all look out for each other. I feel so safe. We all love our apartments. We call it our nest. It is local to everything. If anything goes wrong, we have maintenance come and take care of it.
My boyfriend and I have been living here since September and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. The community is within walking distance of everything you could need. The neighbors are very nice and respectful. The neighborhood is very quite and nicely decorated making it even more homey than it already is. On snowy days they do a very good job of taking care of the roads/sidewalks. Suzanne has been extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful whenever we have a question. The apartments it self are the most affordable in the area, you have your own washer and dryer inside of our home, very spacious, even our balcony is huge and it is very easy to get furniture in and out.
