Water turned off constantly for plumbing problems or broken pipes. Rules, rules rules that many do not adhere to. No fitness center, unless you call sitting in room with tables to eat where watching an old video for chair exercises from PBS on tape. No fitness equipment of any kind. Moved because of plumbing issues. Better have renters insirance. I made my mom move in with me. Pure heaven now.

There is no fitness center nor covered parking. The water is turned off too often due to plumbing problems. Best to look else where.
