OUTSTANDING EXTRAORDINARY LUXURY APARTMENT HOMES!
I highly advise you to stay away from this place. Maintenance and management leaves much to be desired. I had a ton of issues living her included my apartment flooding (which later revealed animal feces - I NEVER HAD A PET!), my shower was busted for a week, and worst offense of all were the loud & obnoxious upstairs neighbors that management refused to do anything about. I repeatedly complained of the noise and contacted police. Management claimed the neighbors insisted they were "quiet and asleep" and "not making the noise". Management offered no solutions and said they believed I was hearing the noise, but did not believe the neighbors were making the noise. Even after I contacted the police and management, the neighbors proceeded to have a party for their child on a MONDAY and the noise started at 6 PM - 1O PM which was when I called the police to intervene. I again contacted management and they just simply said the neighbors were "trying not to be too noisy". Just disgusting how they treat their residents. My apartment was literally shaking from the vibrations of the noise and they wanted to continue to stand by the neighbors that claimed they were not being too noise. They would make noise EVERY NIGHT until 1 AM, 2 AM, or 3 AM. We had wars back and forth in the middle of night because I would use my swiffer to tap the ceiling to alert them of their obnoxiousness and they had the audacity to just STOMP BACK 7x louder. Management is horrible. I essentially had no choice but to leave and incur moving expenses. Do not live here is my best advice!
Other tenants smoking inside the apartment, multiple complaints to management office for more than a month and still ongoing issues
Personally purchased two air purifier, but the smoking smell is so strong cannot get rid of it, I have two kids and this is serious health issues and awful experience have to deal with.
