Most of the apartments are infested with MOLD...This community is nightmare so try to avoid and specially if have small kids....

Only Move here if it's the LAST PLACE ON EARTH ! Let's start by saying the Managment Company (Milestone) is a Joke!! Unprofessional and Unknowable representatives from the Sales Rep (Jungsoo WANG ) to the assistant manager (Bruce) to the Community Director (Shannon) that you will never see unless you lift a Rock.The property is not managed nor over seen by NO ONE other than the Residents.Basically you take care of you're own PROBLEMS AND ISSUES! Don't BOTHER CALLING THE VICE PRESIDENT (MaryBeth) She's No Help,EVERYONE WORKS ENOUGH TO GET AN PAYCHECK!!!!
ONLY NICE ENOUGH TO GET YOU IN AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!
NOT KID FRIENDLY!!! NO PLAYGROUND IN SITE Or On Site!! KIDS PLAY IN THE STREET AND PARKING LOTS!!
PARKING (DONT INVITE FAMILY &FRIENDS) Because there's no where for them to PARK! (unless it's on the street) One parking space PER FAMILY!!
THEY CHARGE FOR VALET TRASH THAT SITS IN THE HALLWAY FOR DAYS AT A TIME!!! THAT WILL COST YOU AN EXTRA $25 a Month!! AND TRASH OVER FLOWS THE DUMPSTER!! Which brings rodents to the property!!
AN WATER BILL THAT constantly goes up in RATE and Not by Usage!
THE GYM!! HA! You're better off with an PLANET FITNESS MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE THE MACHINES ARE ALWAYS BROKE!
OH LETS NOT FORGET maintenance (Unskilled) (It will never be Fix properly)!! JUST A QUICK FIX TO SHUT YOU UP!
LETS JUST SAY IF THE OWNERS WERE NOTIFIED OF THE MIS HANDLING OF MONEY AND DOCUMENTATION! (PERSONAL INFORMATION) And unprofessionalism this COMPANY WOULD BE OUT OF AN CONTRACT FAST!!

I LOVE living here. The apartments are well laid out and quiet. The complex is well maintained. The location is perfect - close to all roadways and shopping choices. The staff is professional, personable, helpful, and responsive. Neighbors are cordial.
