The service and maitenance team at Charleston Place is the best part of living here. They are the best. Keep up picking up trash twice a week. Keeps the rats away.
I like the apartment and the community. It feels safe and the amenities are great. It's a nice place, with the exception of my leaking bathroom and a failure to resolve the issue in the six months I have been a resident.
Rent to high no respect for longevity or senior citizens
I am happy with my stay in this community. It's nice and quiet unlike many apartment complexes. The building is well built so you get very little noise from the road or your neighbors. The amenities are wonderful and the property is well maintained.
Driving through Charleston Place, you might think that it's a charming place to live; you'd be wrong. While the landscape is beautiful, the rest of the community leaves much to be desired.
The rent is raised frequently. There are mice inside the apartments and rats outside them. The employees in the front office are rude and they regularly hang up in the middle of the conversation without answering your question. The walls are thin. The toilets are poorly-designed; they waste water and are difficult to clean. The doorframes and walls are angled and not square; they seem to have been put together hastily. The leasing agents are so friendly when they first show you around, but once you sign the lease they don't even say hi to you. The speedbumps are so high that they damaged my car. There are no security cameras; my car was hit in the parking lot and they said they have no footage of the building or the lot.
Do not waste your time with this place.
