I've lived here for 3 years and it's gone downhill so much. The maintenance department here is average and takes A SUPER LONG TIME to fix emergencies. We reported a problem with our washing machine in August 2020.....ITS NOW JANUARY 1ST AND MAINTENANCE HASN'T FIXED IT YET.. Kim at the office is truly the only reason I've stayed for so long. She is INCREDIBLE- she's overworked and underpaid. I know she can only do but so much but, she has gone to bat for us every time.

iTS ENTIRELY TOO SMALL FOR THE PRICE THEY ASK FOR. AND PLUS I SAW MICE TERDS. INTHE APT. NICE AREA.. BUT THEY REALLY NEED TO LOGICAL ABOUT RENT. TOO HIGH FOR OLD APTS.
