What Renters Like and Dislike
What Renters Like and Dislike About Columbia
I like the woods and the paths that cut through the woods throughout the neighborhoods. I also like most of the restaurants.
Safe. Nearby liquor store. Family nearby. Quiet. No worries. Pretty to look at. Close to everything. Parks
I like that the neighborhood is 55 plus; it keeps it from being filled with loud, rude children. It's close to hospitals and shopping. My neighbors are quiet, and they are mostly polite.
I that is has a lot of green space, with places to walk and parks. I like the feeling of community in this area.
I like that there is a homeless shelter close by. I like the greenspace across the street. It is a nice area for me to go for a run, or to walk my dog.
The bars and breweries around the area. There's a lot of restaurants that are small businesses that appearing. I love the Diversity as well. That is something important for me. And I really love how it's pet friendly as well. I think having lots of people who are walking dogs gives you lots of eyes on the property and area.
