Move in condition was excellent. Grounds are well maintained.
I love living here. You feel comfortable, you are surrounded by beautiful landscaping and close to everything including the community college, the hospital, the mall, and Merriweather! Amazing community.
Wonderful residential community in the middle of the woods that feels like the garden of Eden. Tucked away in the heart of nature but close enough to major highways and the famous Columbia mall. Community grounds are well maintained and taken care of. very safe and family friendly.

Definitely recommended! Access to mall, highways, hospital and more make Eaves by Avalon a preffered choice for me, besides community's great customer servie and maintenance. It was the first rental community I lived in Columbia and till today, happily living in it.
