(4 Ratings)I wouldn't move here. I am leaving. They leave large amounts of tree clippings and trunks all over by the cars in the parking lot. I have had 6 tics this year. 10 spiders. I have seen rats. They don't clean common areas.

I have lived at Orchard Crossing for about 5 years. It is a very quiet complex with little to no disturbances. Whenever I contact the office for whatever reason, my issue is resolved immediately. The hallways are kept clean and there have been many interior/exterior updates since moving in. I find this to be a pleasant neighborhood and have no complaints.

I have lived at orchard crossing for almost 3 years. This was my first time ever in an apartment. We have enjoyed our stay at this location. They did a huge renovation project last year changing all the appliances, windows lights and flooring. The maintenance requests are addressed promptly. The guys in the office are nice too. I liked the place because its nice and quiet, neighbors are friendly and minding their own business at the same time.The gym has got the basics. Parking is sufficient also. I wish they had 3 bedrooms so we wouldn't have to leave.
The move out process was also very simple we didn't have any issues with the management.

I enjoyed the tour of the 2 bedroom apartment they are very spacious and the community is so peaceful. I am gonna work on getting my application in order for us to move in that communit. The staff was very friendly and professional and helpful.
