Orchard Crossing

I wouldn't move here. I am leaving. They leave large amounts of tree clippings and trunks all over by the cars in the parking lot. I have had 6 tics this year. 10 spiders. I have seen rats. They don't clean common areas.

I have lived at Orchard Crossing for about 5 years. It is a very quiet complex with little to no disturbances. Whenever I contact the office for whatever reason, my issue is resolved immediately. The hallways are kept clean and there have been many interior/exterior updates since moving in. I find this to be a pleasant neighborhood and have no complaints.

I have lived at orchard crossing for almost 3 years. This was my first time ever in an apartment. We have enjoyed our stay at this location. They did a huge renovation project last year changing all the appliances, windows lights and flooring. The maintenance requests are addressed promptly. The guys in the office are nice too. I liked the place because its nice and quiet, neighbors are friendly and minding their own business at the same time.The gym has got the basics. Parking is sufficient also. I wish they had 3 bedrooms so we wouldn't have to leave. The move out process was also very simple we didn't have any issues with the management.

I enjoyed the tour of the 2 bedroom apartment they are very spacious and the community is so peaceful. I am gonna work on getting my application in order for us to move in that communit. The staff was very friendly and professional and helpful.

Amazing management and facilities staff!! I've lived here for four years and plan on at least another three. The apartments are spacious for the area/money and the staff is quick to respond to any question or concern, no matter how ridiculous. I appreciate the chance to be a part of this community!!
