    Construction very early. Everyday. Even on weekends. No gym no bar. Nothing special

    Very nice apartments but for this price they should have a gym and free coffee like they offer at their cheaper properties. In fact, it's the only apartments in the area that does not have a gym. They claim they will have a gym in the retail space next door but you'll have to pay for it! I predict many will move once the first year lease is up. There are other apartments in the area that offer more amenities (the Met has a top of the line gym and coffee and M Flats has a full basketball court) at the same or a lower price.That's why they only get 3 stars. Whoever built this didn't plan properly. An apartment without a gym is unheard of in 2017!
