I have enjoyed my residence at Ashton Green for the last several months. The location has afforded me the opportunity to easily settle into the area as well as familiarize myself with neighborhoods, local parks, and entertainment without worrying. The management have been wonderful and accommodating. I feel comfortable in my well-maintained, attractive apartment and no problems with the all-working appliances. I feel informed about community-related news via electronic messaging systems, and I feel safe due to lighting in and around the apartments. The dumpster areas are generally tidy and trashed picked up regularly also contributes to the attractiveness of Ashton Green. Maintenance department have be responsive to typical mechanical issues within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Ashton Green to others as a great place to live.
We have lived here for almost a year. Neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is really nice. Great location across from cedar lane park and I love the layout of my townhouse.
We love this place! It's a such a quiet neighborhood even with being across the street from a busy park. It is convenient to the mall and grocery stores without heavy traffic. I love the 24-hour gym. The pool is tiny, but at least there's a place to cool off and grill on a hot day. The staff is really nice too.
Nice place. Spacious no concerns about parking space. Friendly staff. However management should consider gates at entrances to boost security.
Ashton Green management is good. Loved the overall apartment size, i have a three bedroom and the room sizes were good. The pool size was ok. The area is beaitiful being near a park.
