TERRIBLE! the rental office has their grounds people intentionally lease violating people. Even the mail lady knows everyones business and talks about the residents personal business with outside people! All thanks to grounds keeper Steve! NO ONES BUSINESS IS SAFE WITH HIM AROUND AND HE SHOULD BE FIRED!

July 2016-2018 Lived here for two years ... for the first few months we complained several times to the leasing center about roaches after having the exterminator visit twice and buying my own products the issue was handled. I thought by moving across the leasing center Id get the benefits of having a clean quiet apartment/building. A few month into living here my upstairs neighbors were so loud around 3-4am They would play fetch with their large dog At 3 am.. I sent emails to corporate and the leasing center .. my roommate even spoke with the neighbors Leasing center Solution = we move I even considered moving but that wouldve meant changing my address for so many bills all for what ?! Packing up my home to move to the next building over... rent wouldnt be lowered or anything after prayer and banging on the ceiling the couple moved out After they moved the leasing center said oh weve had several complaints about them But anywayyyyy I didnt notice how unprofessional the leasing center was until it was time to move and they added up so many petty fees. While living at the apartment I mentioned needing the carpet cleaned the leasing manger Chris told me they have a company who cleans the carpet the company came out and mentioned our carpet wasnt dirty just worn down and that it just needed to be replaced ...now that its time to get my security deposit back the leasing center charged to clean the carpet that they actually needed to replace.... The tub while living my in apartment for close to a year I asked them to repaint the tub They came out and repainted the tub great A year later preparing to move the tub needed to be repainted again but I figured thats normal protocol its been about a year theyll do it for the next renter anyway nope they charged me $250 for something that needs to be done yearly. And somehow I now owe them $$

The staff (office and maintenance) is wonderful. The reason for the 3 stars is the building that I live in feels like I'm living in the projects. Hallways are always dirty and smelly. The people that clean the halls, most times never even make it to the top floor, leaving me to vacuum and spay some type of odor control. Also, parking can be a problem. Which seems to be the norm where ever you go. I would recommend living here, just not this building (1). I'm considering asking for a transfer to another building.
