What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Chevy Chase

I don't have any friends around where I live but my family does. And they are always there for us as we are there for them

We have very friendly neighbors that watch out for one another. Very minimal crime, safe part of town.

Great food, great parks,, lots to do and family friendly service great service very friendly quiet evening walk

It's a walkable neighborhood. many grocery stores restaurants shops and things to do. and also gets quiet early and there's basically no crime

The local grocery store used to be a favorite. Now, it has no stock and is preparing to close. Once that closes, so will all of the remaining stores.

The people and neighbors are really down to earth and friendly. It is a dog friendly neighborhood which we love
