Cheverly Station Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE. These are the worst apartments ever. We have been here for about three months and in three months time we have been without hot water for approximately 10 days including being without hot water for two entire weekends. When you call maintenance they will call you back and then never show up or they will call and say they have to call the supervisor who never calls back. You call the office to inquire about the water problem they say they dont know whats going on but if you press them theyll say its something wrong with the pipes. Well if they know whats wrong with the water then why havent they fixed the issue? Not only is there a problem with the hot water but the apartments are roach infested. Ive had my apartment sprayed twice already and they just keep coming back. Maintenance is not responsive, when we moved in one of the cabinet doors was broken. We have reported it on three separate occasions and they have not come to fix it yet. Office personnel are short and rude dont seem interested at all in helping. I have been here for three months and have not received a copy of my lease yet. Do not waste your money or your time with Chevrolet station apartments. There are the apartments in the same price range that are much better.

Dont lease these apts never no where to park apts are dirty, mice infested appliances out dated,they control your a/c and heat a/c runs by water . never keep building clean,mailboxes are never locked,outside door always broke,no stoppers for tub,or sink hole where the stopper supposed to be.maintence not experience dont know how to fix anything theres always problems in the apts and theres no oversized closets apts very small,this apts are not worth it run but if you like fifth go for it big mistake Im out of here parking lot stays dirty and building always stinks

have lived here for 2 years. best plce to live.
