After only a few months at our apartment we experienced an immense amount of flooding in the kitchen, washing machine and bathrooms. This issue took weeks to fix but they eventually asked us to move units which was a huge inconvenience. This community has several plumbing issues, in the unit we currently live at our toilets plumbing system is also not functioning properly. Even though we expressed these concerns we have had little to no efforts in fixing the issue. There are even regular maintenance issues that require the pool to close related to the pools water system (issue has been going on for at least the year we have been here and most likely longer). We have had several issues with illegal drug use on the premises. We have made complaints and shared these concerns however the drug use has not been controlled and no efforts to stop the issue have been made. With children throughout the apartments the lack of concern from management around this issue is alarming. While the property manager, lourdes, has done her best to handle these issues and reaching out to corporate on our behalf the issues still continue. Her efforts to control the issues around property have made little to no progress. Her partner under management, Ladonna, has displayed major concerns around customer service such as interrogating us about personal issues about what we are doing in our unit, asking inappropriate, personal questions about late payments, providing false information as it relates to management policies, oversharing her personal information in situations where it is uncalled for and so much more. At this point we have even asked to reach corporate by being provided a phone number or email that was not shared until we called and emailed multiple times to get this information. This property has a lot of potential as the community is overall beautiful however the management team is horrible and shows little to no concern for tenants, their safety, and their needs.

This is a beautiful place to live. Easy access to everything, major highways (etc 40, 695,29,70, 95 etc. Close to shopping of all kinds. The one thing I liked about this property that persuaded me to stay there for a long time was how roomy the apartments are. The out door spaces are nice though they needed improvement and a bit more tlc. The neighborhood has a lot of sidewalks, traffic calming bumps and well patrolled by Baltimore County Police which makes it safe for walking, jogging or running. I really loved living there (11yrs). However things started going down when Morgan Properties (Management Company) took over. Thats just for me speaking for myself. First of all instead of an automatic lease renewal we were required to go and sign a new lease because they added extra charges ( trash, water, pest control n management fee) which was already included in the previous version of the lease when I initially moved in. So when I went to sign the new lease it Stated that when I moved in I had paid $97.00 sec dep so I refused to sign it because that was incorrect. Actually I had paid $997.00 when I moved in. Upon request my original lease I was told it was not available they didnt have it so I went and collected nine oh yes I kept it that long. Still despite the fact that the amount for my security deposit was $997.00 I was told that was never paid and the girls in the leasing office including their manager insisted that I was not telling the truth. I even went to the extent of requesting my bank statement from the period I moved in and luckily my came though for me and my account was constant with what I was saying but still these people wanted to defraud me. We went back and forth and it was after I told them I was going to take legal action that the issue was resolved. The other thing was the carpet in my apartment was never changed in ten years or neither did I get an complimentary cleaning. To get back to me I was hit by a bill of $2500.00 plus to be

Never had real issues,things were taken care of in a timely manner, exceot when they were down a maintenance. The two ladies in the office Miss Diana and Miss Caryl would be helping me in Miss Diana was out, so things worked out well.
