this is the worst complex I've ever lived in, the plumbing is horrible they have no ventilation in their units the floors were lifting underneath my rugs I have pictures and proof of how terrible this complex is and one side is worst than the other the buildings have mold but residence that live there are very old and need help I've talked to other residents that say the gnat problems are so bad they have to tie their food up in bags. residents floors sinking in, tubs flooding residents apartments while they're at work I notified everyone even the city of seat pleasant they need to be shut down

The office is not accessible for loading money on your laundry card at a reas onable time. When you make a call to the office the answering service always take your message and never a response back.

the apartment is good for the price, however it is a hassle to get something done. First day i moved in, the toilet was broken and nasty. when i asked if the toilet could be changed for one that didn't look like someone had left poop in it, the maintenance guy gave me an outright no because it was just a build up. when i went to the office to request for the toilet to be changed because it had something nasty in there, i was told if its not broken, there is no need to change it. this is a used toilet with nasty things stuck in it, who would want to move into their new apartment and use that? the toilet is still not changed...sad. my bathroom is always smelling like someone is smoking in there but i am even scared to raise that concern. They currently use COVID-19 as an excuse for not getting our laundry cards filled. the machine is in the office, the office is closed for a while now and they still haven't come up with a solution on how to help residents get access to the machine with limited contact. i was told to go look for public laundromats, like that is not worse for my safety than using the laundry room in my own apartment. now to ask for anything, you have to think twice so you are not treated as being inconsiderate. if they would show a little concern and understanding, a lot of things will be better. but hey, its a business and once you sign the lease, you are pretty much at their mercy.
