The management is a nightmare and disorganized, the parking policy is nuts, and maintenance does a half job and doesnt complete the work!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! WHY IS EVERY REVIEW ON HERE ABOUT KEISHA? A BIT STRANGE IF YOU ASK ME, MAYBE ITS HER FRIENDS LYING FOR HER ?
When I first arrived here 4 months ago the hall ways Smelled disgusting! There was VOMIT in the hall ways!!!! A few weeks go by and theres still vomit in the hall ways and DOG FESCES! There is an alarm that goes to the electrical box near my apartment and it has been going off for the last 4 months! Now the inside of the apartment seems nice although the paint is cheap. The bathrooms have nice storage but the pipes and everything agre old. While I was at work one day my toilet flooded my entire bathroom and part of my bedroom carpet but the toilet was never clogged. Maintenance did a horrible job getting t the water out of the carpet and left it still wet..:: I sent several emails that went without reply as the carpet started to smell absolutely disgusting! Their visitor parking system is an absolute nightmare and they will not hesitate to tow your car. I live here and have had my car towed twice because they gave me a visitor pass for my rental car and did not specify I couldnt park on my floor! Lastly the residents here are always speeding around the parking garage and are just all out rude. Rent at your own risk!
I am not sure how or why this place is getting more than 1 start reviews... I am skeptical at best on how that happened.
I can not wait to move out this apartment. The walls are super thin, the hallways are always dirty, leasing employees are here only for a check. This community doesnt care about their residents. They Nicole and dime residents every chance theyre able too. They lie about not receiving emails but quickly charge you fees if you miss their emails. They have someone in the office writing at a 6 grade level and posting, whats supposed to be informative information, messages to residents. This community is the worst of worst. If youre a college student and prefer dormitory living... this is the place. Rules everywhere. Ive never paid this amount of money to live on a lease, literally.
Please dont do it! They do not maintain their property. Security is never anywhere to be found. Pet owners dont clean up after pets. Packages not secured. Garage door always broken when I live there. For the money there are better options out there.
