I wish I could leave a zero star negative rating. This place is horrible. They are literally trying to steal your money and with no notice or warning. The pet that was listed on my lease passed away AT HOME! I went and reported this in person to the leasing office and sat while they went in to make the adjustment. I was told it would fixed. However the following month I went to pay my rent and it was still being charged. I paid and sent a note to remind them and asked for a follow up. A month later no follow up and guess what??? Still showing the pet rent for a dead dog! I call the lease office to speak about it and a guy said I need to provide a death certificate. Its a flipping dog not a person. Tell me the last time you had a dog or cat that passed and you have death certificate for them? I've never heard of such a thing. So I went to the lease office the following day with the box of the cremated remains, label with the dogs name showing the cremation date and the place that did it. Is that death certificate enough for this place. If I could have brought the dead dog body I would. I was told to just write a note and email them. This will be my THIRD TIME!!!! Telling them the dog is dead. I then asked why me lease renewal was showing parking for $50. I signed a lease a year ago and was given the option to add parking for the garage for $50. I said no because I can't afford that extra. I've been parking on the street (Not on the apartment property) because there is never any spots in the small lot in the back. My car is typically parked on the street next to the townhouse community. Which, last time I checked wasn't own by them. The lady said they charge everyone parking no matter what now and its $50 and I can park in the garage. I don't want to and do not plan too because again I can not afford that extra. So now they are making it a requirement to charge you $50 to park even if you don't have a car parked in their lot or garage. How is this legal?

I called for about 2 weeks straight with questions about these apartments Julie was great and when she was with someone the other lady helped me. I wont be moving in until December, but if this is a sign of service I will get. I am excited to be moving to The Mark @Brickyard.

At first glance everything looks really nice, if you can get over the bad carpets and some dirty hallway walls. Keep in mind that I live on the fourth floor; not a day goes by where I don't hear cracks on the wall or loud thuds on the roof (no one is on the roof! not even for maintenance) and after a month of living here I started to notice that my walls had huge cracks running from one end to the other, the small wall diving the kitchen and the living room had started opening up to the point that it was practically a hole. We talked to management and they sent the maintenance guy and he said it was because the 'building was still settling' and sent someone to come and repair it. Repair to them apparently means just putting a bandaid on the issue because not even a week later the cracks were back. Like I've seen other tenants say on here, theres also an issue with people not being held responsible for leaving a mess in the hallway. But none of that compares to the terrible lack of customer service and hospitality that management proves, SPECIFICALLY the property manager Devon, she runs the apartments as if she didn't have to see us practically every day. She had my car towed last Friday from the INDOOR garage, that I, like many others, payed to have access to. Her reason: my tags were expired, after explaining to her that military personnel have up to a year in the state of Maryland to register their car when they're coming in from another state she said: 'I can't help you because its almost time for me to go home'. Had to pay nearly $500 to get my car out and today when my husband and I went to go see them again to reassess the situation she refused to come out and asked another person to attend to us, literally passed by us and said nothing. The unjust and emotionless demeanor of this woman is astounding. Once youre on a bad note with management they will find a way to get back at you, even enter your apartment without permission, Think twice before moving here!

Try finding parking in the evening for your guests. The persons using multiple guest spots to park their wrecked cars for months usually have priority.
