The parking is messed up if you have more than 1 car, this apartment complex is not for you, the available visitors parking is less than 5, I own a 2bed and a den, we are 2 leaseholders with 2 cars, we are only given 1 parking space, it is horrible, my sister's car had been towed 3 times because she parked at the visitors parking near the swimming pool during the day, where is she supposed to park her car? then at night the swimming pool area is double-parked with people putting there phone numbers on the dash because there's no place to park cars, the parking situation is very horrible. The second issue with the apartment complex is that the apartment is invested with rats, roaches, and millipedes. I have called the leasing office multiple times, they just come around to drop mouse glue under the cooker and that is all, i am tired. i have multiple times trying to kill the mouse myself buy buying this mouse catch, but I am tired. my apartment is very clean and neat, I have no kids so I don't have a dirty environment, but still, I don't know how I live with roaches and mouse.

This is the worst complex I have ever live at the parking is horrible and the rental office doesn't have anything to help the resident they have two visitor spot on ever parking lot and the same people rotate there cars you can never get a spot unless u come home at 3 o'clock. They act like they trying to help but still tell the towing company to tow people car when they park in front of someone. Then the one spot they have that can be a visitor spot they park they're big work truck in the spot. Complex overall is trash. I would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone unless u never plan on having a car. Or you have no friends or family come over at all. I have to park my car all the way at the top of the hill on 57th and walk from the recreation center all the way to by the pool every day with my 6month old new born. Then if you complain or have an issue they brush it off and get to you when they feel like it. The AC is ALWAYS going out and it ALWAYS happen on the hottest days. Again I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX MATTER FACT ALL OF SOUTHERN MANAGEMENT PROPERTY I BEEN TO WERE THIS WAY. HORRIBLE

Ive only lived here for three months. Within that time I had to call them over three times about mouse in the apartment, and the most they could do for me is bring some mouse traps and set it on the kitchen counter for me to lay out in the apartment. After catching two in the kitchen there continues to be many more in the living room. I even had to contact them before about snake in the front yard.

if you work nights, this is not the place for you, parking is horrendous. Once i find parking I am in for the night and that is a disadvantage for me because I turn down night gigs because after a long night i will mot wait an 1 hour for parking , that is not safe for a female who lives alone. I am not happy with the rodent situation. When i moved in i dealt with centipedes, then roaches in which they "treated" now i have crickets,, yuck. The buildings are not lock so anyone can just walk into the buildings, that's always fun *sarcasm*. For what its worth if you are desperate like i was then okay, if you have time to look around, PLEASE LOOK AROUND!

Rent is too expensive for what it is worth, not alot of space for the rent that is asked, it is nice that all amenities are included and maintenance is really slow
