The nicest lady Hakimah in rental takes her time to help me with my process and was patient with me excellent customer service, hard working, polite, She handle 3 prospect and help all of us with our questions and showing us the units. 20 stars for hakemah i will hope the property appreciate hard workers like this lady.

Resident for about 2 year's the place has seriously went down hill. The up keeping is not good plus it has bed bug infestation, roaches and mice. Good luck getting things fixed in a timely matter. However they are very spacious on the inside and a few friendly staff what's left.

BEWARE I REPEAT BEWARE DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! DONT DO IT!!! They are con artist that will steal money from you with out a legitimate reason. Upon moving out of my previous apt there was no major damage done to the apt just normal wear and tear, a few marks on the walls and I left some small pieces of debris on the floor other than that everything was in good shape(they even printed pictures to show). So, when I get my final statment I naturally expect to get it back in full, NO, I GET CHARGED A "GENERAL CLEANING FEE." WHAT?! who charges a fee for living in an apt and when moving out you leave normal living wear and tear in the apt. I work for a property management company and have lived in other apt communities and never heard of such a thing. This is bogus, I called corporate left msgs no one has respond to me, so now i will be calling 7 on your side to report this as well. From what i was told and understanding the apt must have fresh paint on walls, new clean carpet, clean windows & seals, bathroom, & kitchen, but when i moved in the apartment it wasn't the case for me. The bathtub was not clean nor was the cabinet on the wall, the kitchen cabinets(which i rarely used, maybe one drawer and one cabinet, i left my dishes in boxes) and drawers were dirty and really worn and had sign of roaches and mice droppings the windows were left just the was way they were when i moved in, we rarely opened them. So this General Cleaning Fee that they speak of is bogus and a rip off and they are stealing money from residence. And just to mention the apts are over crowed with mulitple famlies living in them, noise all hours of the day & night shootings in the neighborhood often, rodents running around, roaches and they make you wait days before doing anything about it and i had a leak that they did not repair until i moved out of the apt, so i had water dripping from the ceiling for weeks and they did not fix it and also there's always trash overflo
