    Management and Staff is always kind and available. Technical staff is competent and prompt in interventions. Residence is quiet, comfortable and well-managed.

    This is an older building and the owners do keep it up the best they can for the age. Maintenance is very good. I would like the front desk personnel be dressed more professionally (no jeans, shorts and t-shirts) and be alert at all times.
