Great new building. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, including Bethany at the front desk whom I interact most on my way out in the evening. The amenities are also top notch and unique (great views from the SkyBridge!)

While I am a more recent addition to the Elm, my experience thus far has been nothing but wonderful. From my apartment, to the common spaces, and all the amenities, this building has been a haven in the pandemic. The front desk and leasing office staff have also been so wonderful and accommodating, especially Bethany, Sean and Amaris.

The Elm is luxury apartments with great location to downtown Bethesda and metro stations. The building is brand new and almost all the amenities are in full operation. The concierge staff, in particular Bethany, has been incredibly helpful and always with a warm welcome.
