Horrible management. Unfair policies and a total rip off. We have had issues with parking from the day we moved in. You would expect to pay high rent to have certain amenities accessible to you. This place charges 200 bucks PER HOUR to rent the rooftop room with a 300 dollar deposit. We were given inaccurate information about this, and planned a dinner party, thinking that its a flat rate of 200, given that this is what we were told by concierge. For a 3 hour reservation they wanted to charge us 600 bucks plus the 300 deposit. Ridiculous. And they dont own up to their mistakes or make accommodations for their mistakes. We cannot wait for our lease to be up so we can leave. Not worth the amount you pay in rent. One of the worst experiences we have had with renting. I do not recommend the Edge to anyone.

While I did just move in, I have been extremely pleased with so many aspects of living at the Elm. From my apartment, to the pool, to the common areas, this has been a haven in quarantine. Bethany, Sean, and Amaris have been absolutely wonderful and anytime I have needed anything they have been extremely accommodating and prompt.
