Flats 8300 purports to offer unparalleled luxurious living in the heart of Bethesda.
Unfortunately, I've been unable to enjoy the promise of luxurious living at this property.
Only a few months remain on my lease. During this time, I sincerely hope that my experiences at Flats 8300 significantly improve.
The location of Flats 8300 is extremely convenient to my work. The building has a great pool and gym-it's also located near many walking trails which is wonderful for active residents.
My disheartening concern is related to the management of the building. I have found that management lacks a genuine level of respect and care for certain residents.
Ive been dissatisfied on multiple occasions with management's communication, follow-up, and poor handling of important matters.
I will say that at one point the management team made a reasonable effort to try and turn things around through their communication and actions.
Sadly, these attempts proved to be short-lived and decidely disingenuous.
Some time ago I posted an honest review of Flats 8300 titled, My Luxury Disappointment.
Without adequately addressing my concerns, management repeatedly requested that I take down my review.
My experiences at Flats 8300 still remain disappointing at times. However, I strongly believe that a genuine and resident-friendly management team could truly make Flats 8300 a place to call home that exceeds all expectations for all residents.
During my time at Flats 8300 I have had a few concerns that were addressed in a professional and friendly manner by Sales and Marketing Associate, Angelina. She has been very helpful answering my questions about the possibility of me transferring apartments. I have always had a positive experience with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment in the downtown Bethesda area.
We love this building and all the amenities. We also appreciate the 8300 Wisconsin staff , their patience and understanding as well their services for this big community not have price .
Unfortunately our unit since we moved has a problem that could not be repaired by the building. At least 6 times a week there is an odor like drain sewer in the master bathroom, in the laundry room and now in the kitchen. According to Flats 8300 Wisconsin repairs team, that is due to the dry pipes . Answer that is unacceptable because we use the shower the laundry and the dishwasher every single day. We also run water in the bathtub 5 times a day as advised. The building tried to put liquids in the pipes to dissipate the smell unfortunately didn't work.
We are very sad because moving brings a lot of effort, we believe that for us it is our only solution. But if you can handle the smell I would say: it is a beautiful building near Bethesda and Chevy Chase with a fantastic administration .
Living at Flats 8300 has been such a fun and beautiful experience! I feel more inspired as I work and live here.
Flats 8300 is not only a home with everything I could ask for (gym, business center, coffee, pool, pool table, grills), but it is a community. Through the many events each month I have made friends with many of my neighbors. The staff is phenomenal and get to know us on a personal level.
