What Renters Like and Dislike About Bethesda

This neighborhood has great schools, parks, and is very quiet. There are many locally owned stores, in particular great restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and a farmer's market. It's near the metro so it's easy to visit Washington, Dc.

Easy to walk to shops. Good access to mass transit. Are lots of restaurants and other places to eat that are easily available by walking around the streets without needing to own or drive a car.

Family friendly neighborhood. People wave as they drive by. We know our neighbors. Can walk to shopping & restaurants.

Local downtown 1 1/2 miles away. Great schools. Lots of restaurants. Great parks nearby. The C&O canal is over 100 miles long and runs right by our neighborhood. Great bike trails close by. Subway less than 2 miles away.

Quiet, things are nearby, but not too close. People are reasonable, not Karens getting into your business, but like the distant aunt that cares but doesn't get too involved because she's a bit messed up herself and understands.

here is a restaurant in front of our community that I like very much. My family and I will go there every weekend to enjoy a wonderful dinner
