This place is been unbelievably terrible. I have been living in apartments for many years now and never I had this experience anywhere. I was sold on a renovated apartment which is why I applied to this place and 2 days before I was supposed to move in, when I came to pick up the keys I was told "oops the apartment is not actually renovated" and the answer was "we don't know these things, we're just sales" The then found as a so called apartment that renovated, and this whole ordeal placed my family and I in a huge inconvenience as we had placed notices to vacate our apartment. We were in limbo for 12 days and not being able to change our address waiting to see if we were really moving...that is not ok. We then moved in to this so called renovated apartment and on surface it looks good, but just about every thing was not working or broken in 2 days. Every single socket didn't work or was loose and no switch fit in there. The "new" dishwasher has foul water in it and was not working properly, the door bell fell off, the so called extra storage has so much stuff in front on ours that we can't even access the one assign to us, we have reposted this issue and it has yet to be resolved, instead we were told to climb to a floor we don't live on and take any space we want, uuhhhh we don't live on that floor. My husband had to go to the office 2 times to get out work orders acknowledged, The bathroom door lock was broken, and to top this off, we were not able to move in on the initial date on the lease because we had no apartment so we moved in 12 days later and still they want to charge up for days we didn't live here. My husband was told the error would be corrected in 24 hours 2 weeks ago and the balance is still showing on our account. Please find a professional place to move to because this place has been an ordeal and a half.

I havent been able to enjoy my apartment nor sleep since I got here. There are an overwhelming number of kids and adults jammed into one apartment living around me. The ink was not dry from when I signed my lease to when I made my initial complaint and have been submitting multiple written complaints since Ive been here. They must have an extremely high number of section 8 tenants because I work from home and these kids are here all day. Im cramming ear plugs in my ears to the point my ears are raw. If you are a single business profesional and need to work from home. Do NOT move here, you will not be happy or be able to work from home. I still have to drive over an hour to go to my office for quiet because I cant work in quiet at home.

Decent place for the price, if youre looking for perfection then go spend 3k a month and rent a brand new place. If youre looking for a place to hang your hat for a year or 2 with decent size units then this is the place for you.

Maintenance is terrible not necessarily the employees. But the way its operated, if you wanna live with rats mice and crickets, have counters and paint that look like a 5 year old built and painted them, and want to be emailed say your water bills 2 days before its due when the month before ir was sent with 3 weeks prior to due date, and lastly if you want to feel like a true tenant in the slums then this is the place, a quick tour around over flowing dumpters daily will show you that.....save your sanity find someplace else

I needed to get a call back and still do I'm still looking and running out of time

I applied for this place two months before move in on august first. They called me just on Jul 29 that the apartment will be not be ready until further notice, I wasted my time, money , credit score and a headache looking for place to move in as my current lease will be done in 10 days. Warning you that theyre not helpful or have answers your questions I been there three times since my approval just to make sure I will get the apartment on time. Now I dont have place to move with my two small children
