I have lived here for a few years. The neighborhood is quiet, nice neighbors and kid friendly. Working with Sara and Carrie in the office are always a pleasure. Rarely if I have a maintenance issue they are always quick to respond and the guys are great. The location is convenient and walking distance to Del plaza shopping center. Moved here from out of state without even seeing the apt and I still haven't left almost 6 years later

I am renting a condo at Hickory Hills in Bel Air with Harford Village. I just moved to the community at the end of Aug 2020.I simply love my place and the location of it.It is one of the best things that has ever happened to me; finding this place- during an ongoing pandemic.The unit was in great move-in condition and looked fantastic.It is a very quiet neighborhood and have very well-kept grounds.The neighbors are friendly and moving here has really changed my life;more than mere words can say.I had looked a few places previously that fit my budget, but, not necessarily, my needs.Then I just walked in one day to the HH offices and met S and C and I saw two different layout options that were in my budget and decided right there to go for it and never look back and I have been looking forward ever since.I simply love it!! I really needed two bedrooms for one as an office and in my budget was hard to find in the area,but, H. H. offered me exactly what I needed and was looking for.I was very lucky and blessed to find this unit because stock was very low at the time.They had one condo left that was going to be available at the end of the Aug which fit exactly in my time frame to move off post and I grabbed it.Timing was right and it felt right, mainly because of the ladies I was working with. The process was easy, seamless and painless. Those two ladies are classy,friendly,very hospitable,kind and customer-centric. They both care greatly about the residents and you can't teach caring.It is a real pleasure working with C and S. HH is very convenient to APG and to Bel Air shops and restaurants and the surrounding areas have so much to offer.In my business and in your business, with all things being relatively equal and your needs being met, if you truly like and trust the folks you are doing business with, they are going to get your business-it is as simple as that and with these two fine ladies they check both those boxes for me and now here we are...

I am jas we have been living at harford Village south in belair for a year with my family .we love it here because the neighborhood is quite without any problem.good maintenance service,very caring manager(sarah). End of the story is,it's a happy life.

This is to let you know how pleased we are to be renting from Residential Real Estate/Harford Village South. We are presently in our 4th year of residence here and could not be happier. When we first moved in back in 2016 there were some issues that needed to be addressed. Though some phone calls and meeting, they were taken care of. Over the next couple of years we began to establish a good relationship with management and our issues were handled promptly. Then you (CB) became resident manager and needless to say you have been a great asset to the company. You have taken care of all our issues, given us new furnishings to replace the old and outdated ones and have treated us like family. Just recently you have refinished out deck and this past week have given the ok to replace our refrigerator. I also cannot forget to thank your maintenance crew- Matt, Cole, Roger and all the rest have been great. They are prompt to answer our call, and are always very pleasant and helpful.
