What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Bel Air

The school system is top notch and we'll run. Has a small town feel with everything you need close by. Great mom and pop family-owned restaurants to enjoy great food.

Low population, less housing. No neighborhood per say. Lots of trees, privacy. Large yards, farm animals

Lots of family's with children, mixed age groups, kid friendly. It's near major shopping and restaurants. As I am not familiar with the neighborhood, I don't know the area yet.

Walk ability is great. The charm city circulator (free bus) is fantastic and clean and has a lot of times and routes
